Múlt évi 11674/kig számra a közlemények vissza csatolása mellett van szerencsém tisztelettel jelenteni, hogy a helybeli izr. hitközség Zsinagóga utcza 97 ö. i. számú telkén egy új épületet tégla falakkal felépíttetett, a jóvá hagyott tervtől azon eltéréssel, hogy az utczai mennyezetnél tervezett függő mű elhagyatott és csakis álló fedélszék és mestergerenda alkalmaztatott, a szerkezet azonban így is megfelelő.
Az utczai homlokzaton készített kisszökellék által az utcza területéből 0,86 m2 elfoglaltatván, amelyért az építkezési szabályrendelet 29. § a értelmében használati dij fizetendő, felhívandó lenne építettő, hogy 1 m2 t 3 forintba számítva 2 frt 58 krt, a városi szépítészeti alap javára fizessen be.

A helybeli izraelita hitközség az eredetben és másolatban tisztelettel idecsatolt tervrajzok alapján saját czéljaira egy községházat szándékozik épitetni, minthogy azonban az építkezés keresztülvitelére a városi szabályok értelmében a tekintetes Tanács engedélye szükséges, ennélfogva a hitközség nevében tisztelettel kérem a tekintetes Tanácsot miszerint ezen építkezésre az engedélyt megadni és az eredeti terv visszaadása mellett az engedély megadását tisztelettel alulírottat értesíteni kegyeskednék.

I am lucky to inform You on the number 11674/Adm. from last year that the Jewish community had imposed a new brick building to build in Synagogue Street No. 97, with the difference from the approved plan in that the hanging part planned for the street ceiling was omitted and only the standing deck chair and the main beam were used, but the structure is still appropriate.
Occupying 0.86 m2 of street area with a small jump made on the street facade, for which a fee for use is paid in accordance with Article 29 of the Decree on Building Regulations, the builder should be invited to pay into the beautification fund, calculating that 1 m2 is 3 forints, paid 2 forints and 58 crowns.
