Alulírott lakos alázatos kérelemmel fordul a Tek. bizottsághoz kegyeskedjék nékem megengedni a mellékelt két terv szerint a Basa utczában lévő házamban lévő régi épületet lebontani és e terv szerint felépíteni az építendő házat a most és az utczán lévő előbbi épülettel párhuzamossan szándékozom építeni ugyan azon anyagból mint az eddigi … téglából cserépfedővel. - Kényszerítve vagyok e áldozatot hozni mert, ha a pék kályhát amin az egész fedélszék nyukszik elbontom akkor az egész régi porhanyós épület összedől, tehát teljesen lehetetlen lakásnak átalakítani továbbá tűzveszélyes. – Kérem tekint. bizottságot az építkezést megengedni előre is biztosítom, hogy ezen épület az utcza díszéűl fog szolgálni alássan kérem tekintetes bizottságot méltóztassék a helyszínen a régi épületet megtekinteni úgy meg fog győződni, hogy teljes létesetben tűz és életveszélyes a régi házat ott állva hagyni. –

At number 12424/Adm. from the current year, I would like to inform you that Gáspár Teltsch from Sombor did not followed the order of the Council's decision, namely he did not put a door for cleaning the chimney on the chimney of the kitchen in the east wing of the building in the attic above, nor did he wall up the opening. I suggest that heating in the kitchen be banned until the mentioned chimney door is used properly. In addition, the measure in Article 9 of the Regulation on building regulations should be ordered.

Decision

Dear City Council!
Referring to your decree from last year 14943/1902 Adm. I respectfully submit a report to the Council that Gáspár Teltsch from Sombor is in the city center, Pašina Street no. 194 in the yard, according to the plan with brick walls, built a new auxiliary building.
However, the builder should be instructed to install a double cleaning door in the attic on the kitchen chimney and not to fail to immediately restore the paved sidewalk damaged at the expense of the wooden pillars on the street.
