744. Volff Mihály mint özvegy Klizarits született Hunyady Veronika asszonynak meghatalmazottja Veisz Jósefnek f.é. I.G.k. 702. sz.a. Klizarits féle ház eladása iránt véle közlött kivánságára felel – vagyonának eddigi kezelését meg köszönvén, azt jövöre tellyes hatalmu biztossára bizni kivánja – Veisz Josefet pedig keresetétöl elmozditani kéri.
Mint hogy özvegy Klizaritsné asszony tellyes hatalmu biztossa a Klizarits féle ház eladásában meg nem egyezne – a kérdéses ház pedig javitásokat kivánna, annak kezelése Volff Mihály posta mester urnak, mint özvegy Klizarits asszony tellyes hatalmu biztosának olly módon átadatni rendeltetik, hogy a ház jövedelméből a házat jó karban tartsa, azt a tűz ellen biztosittassa, ne hogy a netalán győzedelmeskedő jó lelkü hitelezők a ház rossz karban tartása, vagy bár mi módon elrongálása által valamiképp károsodjanak. Költ Zomborban 843. évi Julius 13-án tartott Tanács ülésből.

Excerpt from the Court Protocol
744. Mihajlo Wolf, as the attorney of the widow Veronika Klizarić born Hunjada, responds to the request of Josef Weiss from the current year under number 702 regarding the sale of Klizarić's house - and thanks him for the management of the property so far. asks that Josef Weiss be removed from it.
Since the trustee with the full power of the widow Klizarić does not agree on the sale of the Klizarić house - and the house in question requires several repairs, its management is handed over to Mihajlo Wolf, the postman, as the representative of the widow Klizarić, with the task of maintaining the house. against the fire, that the victorious creditors of a good heart would not be harmed in any way by the poor maintenance of the house, or by any damage to the same. In Sombor, on July 13, 1843, from the session of the Council.

I, signed bellow, duly and obediently submit to the Magistrate the following report: that at the request of Josef Weiss, a city Jew, I investigated and inspected the current condition of the house of Jacobo Klisaritsianorum (Jacob Klisarić's) heir between the houses of Ottonem Fischer (Otto Fischer), a member of the guild and miller, and Philippum Richter (Filip Richter), citizens and flutists, all acting in accordance with the decision of the Senate under protocol number 1198. I found the house in a very ruined condition - inspecting the roof I saw that the tiles and mortar were damaged and that on the upper floor certain beams collapsed and fell to the next room. The entire upper floor is due to the huge humidity under the layers of mold, and the same layers covered the walls and under the houses. Even if the repairs of the tiles and the roof on the upper floor were undertaken, it would be of little help to this house. The lower floor has several rooms, without toilets, with a sofa in an equally ruined condition, and I stated that all the doors of the room were taken away. I then inspected the barn, where not only the barn equipment, but also what is usually there, like ladders and ironmongery, were all taken away, including the door with the threshold. The windows with the sims were also forcibly torn out, and the daughters who are currently living in the home, since their mother is a widow for a long time in Šikloš with the Tobi family, answered that they did not know which windows and doors he broke in the house and barn. I also note that I found the yard in as bad a condition as the hay racks. From all this description, it is more than obvious that the home of Jacob Klisarić is in a completely ruined condition. Based on that, my opinion is that the house in question, in order not to be additionally destroyed due to snow and heavy rains that will follow in the spring, and everything related to the decision of the Magistrate under protocol number 744 from the current year, should be sold at public auction. , and how the trustees and the heirs of Jacob Klisarić themselves would not have additional damage from everything, and how the decision of the late Jacob Klisarić would be respected. Certified in Sombor on December 19, 1843.
