Grave illud tam meo, quam totius communitatis nostre Mosaica Religioni addicta isthic in gremio existentis per actualem Judaici Tracterii arendatorem Lazarum Rosenzveig hujus itme vite sociam Esteram honori illatum prejudicium silentio preterire haud possum. Enim vero preallatus Lazarus Rosenzveig coram gremialibus Judeis: Moyse nimirum Hecht, Isaaco Flachner et Volfgango Schön, nec non filiis familias gremialium Judeorum Davidis quippe Hollender et Simeonis Hay non formidavit his formalibus uti: quod is totam gremialem Judaicam Communitatem e gremio Civitatis hijus exterminaturus sit. Conthoralis vero ejus Estera perinde his formalibus usa est: quod ea totam Judaicam Communitatem s.v. pomerdet. Inquieti genuii ha dua persona nec quidem tolerata adeo insolescunt, ut nec mihi qua eorundem Judici obedire velint, nec regulis humanitatis et honestatis regi possint – quid plus etiam Commissarii nostri perillustris ac generosi domini Mathia Jozits paterna monita spernunt. An example of this is the fact that the mentioned Rosentzveig possesses a ritual knife and, although he has been warned many times not to do so, he and his apprentice constantly slaughter ritual animals themselves - which is forbidden and completely inconsistent with our customs and regulations, since that they should not do so even for their personal needs. Therefore, I am free to ask, on behalf of the entire Jewish community, the High Magistrate to bring the Rosentzveig and his wife into question and impose appropriate punishments for their crimes, and, if at all possible, to officially prevent them from further slaughtering ritual animals and forcing them to adhere to established rules and regulations.
