Prudentes ac Circumspecti Domini Quibunsnam ex Motivis ejas Judaica Communitas contractum arendatitium ratione Tracterii Judaici inter civitatem hanc, et Iszraelitam Lazarum Rosenzveig via publica licitationis erga annuum 51f C.M. censum stipulatum rescindi, et beneficium hoc iisdem plane sub conditionibus sub quibus illud praefatus arendator tenet Jure praelationis in se transferri petat, civicus hic Magistratus ex isthic erga futuram remissionem advoluta Instantia pluribus perspecturus est. Ex incidenti itaque hujus recursus eidem civico Magistratui praesentibus comittitur: ut consulta quoque Electa Civium Comunitate adaequatam in relationem comite opinione sua isthuc praestare satagat. Since for some reasons the Jewish community has terminated the contract between this city and the Jew Lazar Rosenzweig (Lazarus Rosenzveig), according to which 51 florins of conventional currency were to be paid annually at a public auction, this community begs to transfer this privilege, under the same conditions clearly stated above, to the entire Jewish community, and therefore begs this city Magistrate to consider the said request. With this document, the City Magistrate is instructed to consult the Association of elected citizens regarding the mentioned request, so that it can also express its opinion on everything.
