Siquidem mihi infrascripto singularis iste contigisset honor, ut non modo peculiari Amplissimi Magistratus erga me benevolentia in Libere hujus Regiaque Civitatis gremio jure exercendo praxi medica acceptatus, verum etiam speciali non paucorum civium confidentia honoratus fuerim; eapropter in teseram intima recognitionis mea tum vel maxime ex puro humanitatis studio sincereque promovendi communis boni amore et zelo ulteriora quoque humillima servitia mea venerando publico in eo offero, ut omnibus miseris atque egenis qui opem medicam solvere nequirent, memet gratuito et absque omni mercede opera et consilio omni tempore libertissime una ac promptissime succursurum spondeam ac appromitam. I ask that this request and wish of mine be made public.
