Wise and respected!

Pursuant to a document issued by the City Magistrate on December 2, 1811, in response to a request from the Association of Traders who requested that Jews who were fake traders be banned from trading on open stalls and that such activities be closed to them, I have a statement to convey to them that We first need to send a precise list of Jews who were admitted to this city community on January 7 of the current year, document number 166. Issued by the Council of Governors of the Kingdom of Hungary, on August 18, 1812.
