I, the undersigned, submit this report ex officio to the exalted Magistrate: in connection with the decision of the Magistrate under number 1326 which prevents the Jewish community from committing abuses together with certain rabbis on the subject of the registers of those to be buried, I have already issued my order to there should be only one protocol for both newborns and the deceased and for the married, and I order that this be done exclusively from now on – with reference to the articles of the protocol listed here under 2 and 9 covering the period from 1826 to 1832 . In Sombor, on February 20, 1833.
