Infrascriptus Amplissimo Magistratui humillime supplico; quatenus me ex Bohemie loco Licskov oriundum artis liberalis pictoria ea cum exactitudine quarum, ut communam hominum – quibus artis mea labores tam hic in gremio – quam alibi locorum perfeceram – laudeat consecutus sim – ad gremium recipere dignaretur tum ideo; qiod mores illibatos ubique locorum – quo me pervenire contigerat, premetulerim, cum ex propterea: quod spectata commoditata gremialis publici pictor suam artem perfecte intelligens isthic in gremio admodum necessarius sit.
