Jakob Lustig na svom gruntu pod kuć. br. 92 i u unutarnjoj varoši ležećem već postojeće kuće prazn prostor sa sokaka po priloženom plani izidati i pod krov doneti želi. Uzevši u prizrenje, da sa krova u neposrednom komšiluku nalaze se kuće g. Konstantina i Jovana Jerasovića kao pritjažatelja voda u avliji g. Lustigapoda, jer je isti krov sedlast i dalje da kroz grunt ovoga od sokaka oluk vodi sa ovog sokaka na drugi propušta i da se ni pod kojim načinom taj oluk zatvoriti nemože, čast nam je uz povratak komunikata predložiti da se g. Jakovu Lustigu nužna dozvola za ozidjivanje uz njegovu postojeću kuću po priloženom planu pod tim uvetom izda, da ima sa svim nuz zid kuće gosp. Jerasovića dozidati, a jedan deo krova od kuće ovog poslednjeg da se ima sa svim po potrebi tako preinačiti, da voda sa krova na sokak pada u mesto u avliju g. Lustiga i to sredstvom sa crepom pokrivenoj ikova i levka, koji bi se imao i duž cele kuće g. Lustiga povući, dalje da imade g. Lustig o svom trošku postojeći oluk u koliko bi isti iz pod krova ležao tako izidati, da šuplina oluka najmanje 18" do 474/mup. tako isto i visina iznosi, da otok vode preprečen ne bude, i da se lako čistiti dade, primećujući da se pri zidanju imade dobar material upotrebiti. U koliko bi g. Jakov Lustig sa dozidjivanjem svoje kuće nuz zid od kuće g. Jerasovića jedan deo od grunta svog upotrebiti morao, pradlažemo da se g. Na izdati pod br. 5671 ex 1878 cenjeni nalog čast nam je uz povratak komunikata sl. Magistartu javiti, da je g. Jakov Lusztig na svojoj u unutrašnjoj varoši pod br. 92 ležećoj kući po podnesenom planu, adaptaciju preduzeo i sa sokaka uz postojeću kuću jedan deo dozidao, i oluk, što sa sokaka kroz taj grund vodu odvodi u dužini kapije izidao. Pošto prilikom pregledanja nikakve primetke učinili nismo, to slobodni smo predložiti, da bi kolandovanje ovo sl. Magistrat na znanje uzeti izvoleo. u Somboru 22. marta 1879.
