Ezen :/: Jegy alatt ide mellékezett, Paksi Zsidó Közösség Protocolluma Kivonásának valóságos hiteles mássából ki látni méltóztatik minémű le köteleztetése légyen, ugyan azon Zsidó Község által Herczig Lörincz Zombori lakos Izraelitának, itt Pakson lakó Özvegy Napától Schön Lénától megvett Házára nézve. Minthogy pedig Herczig Lörincz azon tartozásbéli Kötelességének tellyesettése végett többéli privatus Levelek, sőt a Paksi Zsidó Közösség által is meghivattatva lévén, ekkoráig sem meg nem jelent, sem eleget nem tett, annak okáért, ne hogy az Özvegy Árváival együtt el szenvedhetetlenül károsétássának, Méltóztasson az Tettes Tanács Herczig Lörincz Zombori lakos Izraelitát oda utasettani, hogy ő azon le köteleztetése árán való elég tétel végett Minden idő hallasztás nélkűl itten Pakson meg jelenjen; Ellenkező esetben Schön Lénának Háza, Herczig Lörincz által már meg adattott Summa pénznek el vesztével a legközelebbi többet igérőnek el fog adattatni.
