F.é.márt.hó8-án 1225.sz.alatt méltóztatok a t.cz.polit.területi hatóság részére az Izraelita iskolának az 1859. évi Értesítvényt tőlem kikérni. Én tudván, hogy egy az idézett esztendőrül szóló Értesítvényt a kerületi iskolai felügyelőnek még tavaly octob. 4-én 59.sz. alatt – amint az előtt beadtam hivatalos eljárás végett; azért is az illető akkori Esperestül , ha ott lenne , de egy úttal is - idő nyerés végett, a mostani Esperestül, ha nála lenne№11.№33. két felérül kértem azt nekem kiszolgáltatni. Mind a kettő mint volt Esperes és mostani Esperes urak együtt értekezte után, csak ugyan a mostani Esperes N.T. Partsetity József úr, az illető tavali Értesítvényt megküldeni egy magátul № 19.mart. 16.sz. alatt írt levéllel. Ez a levél már 18. mart. idevaló póstára elérkezett, de nekem nem adatott át, még én magam dolgába mártius 22-én postával nem találkoztam és kezemhez még más két hivatalos iskolai ügyben több napokig szinte ott hevert levelekkel, pósta hivatalában nem kaptam meg, és így a feladott dologban mely sürgettetik elkéstem és csak most ide az ... alatt T. V. Hatóságnak eredetibe átadhatom, noha az alatt az illető Esperes magának az Archívumba vissza adni kész. Kelt Zomborba mart. hó 23-án 1860. On March 8th of the current year, under number 1225, the local government asked me for the Bulletin of the Jewish School for 1859. Knowing that I had one Bulletin for the requested year to the District School Inspector as early as last year, on October 4, under number 59 - as I had previously submitted for formal proceedings; that's why I asked the then dean, but also the current one - to save time - to hand it over to me and asked for it from two sides, in case the Bulletin is with them. After the former and current dean consulted, the current dean, the respected Mr.József Partsetity, sent it to me with a letter number 19 dated the 16th of March. This letter was sent to the local post office on March 18, but it was not delivered to me, until I met the post office with my work on March 22 and received two more official letters that also lay in the post office for days, and so I was late with urgent matter and only now can I hand it over to the Honorable City Government in the original, although the dean is ready to return it to the Archives. On March 8th of the current year, under number 1225, the local government asked me for the Bulletin of the Jewish School for 1859.
Knowing that I had one Bulletin for the requested year to the District School Inspector as early as last year, on October 4, under number 59 - as I had previously submitted for formal proceedings; that's why I asked the then dean, but also the current one - to save time - to hand it over to me and asked for it from two sides, in case the Bulletin is with them.
