1540/1895 Zombor szab. kir. város közigazgatási bizottsága 310/1894 k.biz. A nagyméltóságú vallás és közoktatásiügyi m. kir. Miniszter urnak a nagyméltóságu földmívelésügyi m. kir. Miniszter urral egyetértőleg az 1894 évi XII. t. cz. 45. §-a értelmében folyó évi oktober hó 23-án 2051. eln. szám alatt kelt rendeletével kiadott sa a községi faiskola kezelők részére szóló utasítás, melynek II.-ikrésze a tanköteles gyermekeknek a fatenyésztésben való gyakorlati oldalára szolgáló tantervek tartalmazza, oly felhívással küldetik meg, hogy annak közhírré tétele szigorú foganatosításáért intézkedjék. Határozat.- A tanköteles gyermekeknek a fatenyésztésben való gyakorlási oktatása czéljából kiadott tanterv csatolása mellett a fenti rendelet alapján a következőkről értesíttetnek a városi tanács és iskolaszékek; A fatenyésztés nemcsak a népiskola V. és VI osztályában, hanem folytatólag az ismétlő iskolában is a tanköteles kor befejeztéig elméletileg és gyakorlatilag tanitandó, az V. és VI osztályokban azonban a fatenyésztés tananyagának már magában is kerek egészet kell képeznie. Ott hol a községi faiskola kezelésével nem néptanító van megbízva, vagy ha néptanító van megbízva, de a községben több néptanító van: a községi összes tanköteles gyermeket a gyakorlati fatenyésztésben a tanterv szerint az köteles oktatni, ki a községi faiskola kezelésével megbízatott. A tananyag a szerint, a mint egy népiskolában egy vagy több tanító van, akként osztandó be, hogy a fatenyésztést valamennyi osztályban ugyanazon tanító tanítsa. A fatenyésztés tanítása, általában minden népiskolában kötelező, olyan városokban és községekben azonban, a melyekben a népesség foglalkozása föleg az iparra és kereskedésre szorítkozik és a fatenyésztésben való oktatás a községi faiskolák igen nagy távolsága miatt különös nehézségekkel járna: a fatenyésztésben való oktatás alól a községnek indokolt előterjesztése és a kir. tanfelügyelő véleménye alapján a felmentést esetről esetre a Nagyméltóságú vallás és közoktatásügyi m. kir. Miniszter ur adja meg.
