Határozat A felolvasott havi jelentés általánosságban tudomásul vétetik. Miután azonban a helybeli izraelita iskola az 1868. évi XXXVIII. t. cz. 48 §-a ellenében mind addig csak 4. évi tanfolyam, illetőleg 4 osztályra van szabott tantárgyak nagyobbára e négy osztályra összeszoríttatnak, mely eljárás az új mintatervel kibocsátott 21678. számú min. rendelet által szigorúan tiltatik; - miután továbbá a 13-15 éves tanköteles gyermekek számára a népoktatási törvényt illetőleg a fennebb intézett min. rendelet értelmében ismétlő tanfolyam még nem nyittatott és a kertészet és tornászat gyakorlatilag mindeddig még nem tanittatott: a helybeli izraelita iskolaszék a tettes városi tanács útján felhívatik, miszerint ezen népoktatási törvény, illetőleg ennek alapján kibocsátott min. rendeletbe ütköző, a tanügy nagy hátrányára szolgáló hiányokat már a f. tanévben pótolni igyekezzék.
