According to the agreement and the economic decree of Mezőhegyes, according to which 35 jars of fat were to be delivered to the destination on ..................... on the 15th of August this year, I have bought 33 and three quarters of the jars, and these full jars, as the rector Antonius Pircinger testified, gave to the members of the Association of carriers Jefta Kronits (Kronić), Maja Mataruga and Nitya Milisavlyev (Nića Milisavljev) to take them to Mezőhegyes, according to the agreement and at the determined price. They, in turn, handed over a quantity of only 22 and two quarters of the jars, thus violating the agreement and the obligation entrusted to them, damaging me by 11 and one quarter of the jars.
