Amplissime Magistratus!
Simeon Hajduska Juadaeus gremialis super eo ut ratam suam divisionalem sibi obvientum questui illocare possit indictum magistralem demisse exorat.
Exalted Magistrate and the esteemed gentlemen,

bearing in mind my current scarcity, and the fact that several hundred florins were previously intended to support me as an orphans, and that I currently do not have enough money for clothes and food, I kindly ask the exalted Magistrate to consider the possibility to set aside a significant amount of money that exists in the Jewish community for my support, at the request of Quaestor Caspar Aein. Therefore, I ask to have this request granted, since I am already 20 years old, and it is appropriate to dispose of a larger amount of money that is certainly stored for me, until I am old enough to get my legal share of the property. My endorsers are the already mentioned Caspar Aein, as well as my stepfather Jacob Aein, the quaestor of the Jewish community, and also, if necessary, the quaestor and judge from Toplola – Pasch, who has a living allowance of 100,000 florins and will guarantee for me. Pious and persistent in respecting his faith, in Sombor, on March 30, 1810.

Exalted Magistrate!

Simeon Hajduska, a member of the Jewish community, is seeking the Magistrate's permission for a larger sum of money intended for his support.
