907/1788 Es ist unterm 19ten September 1786. Nro. 40499. die allerhöchste Normalverordnung allgemein kund gemachtworden; daß den Juden, wenn sie nicht das Zeugniß des empfangenen Normalunterrichts aufweisen können, die Heurathsbewilligung nicht gegeben werden soll. Diese höchste Verfügung wird mittelst hohen Hofdekrets de dato 8ten Oktober l. J. Nro. 13864/1035 abermal erneuert, und in Folge dessen diesen Komitat ernstlich aufgetragen, auf die genaue Berfolgung derselben sorgsamst zu wachen, und selbe neuerdings mit dem Beysatz allgemein kund zu machen: daß, wofern Jünglinge, die mit keinem Normalschulzeugnisse, die jüdischen Richter, Geschwornen, und benanntlich die Rabiner zur schweresten Verantwortung gezogen, und auf das schärfeste bestrafet werden würden. The Order is confirmed by the Court decree No. 13864/1035 from 8th October last year, and, accordingly, this County is required to closely monitor its implementation and declare that, in case that the youth lacks certificates, the Jewish judges, jurors and rabbis will be held accountable and severely punished.
