Kreisbehörde Zombor dato 29ten December 1859. 2882/15 wegen erhebungen ab Josef Stifter fleischhau an der einkommen bekentniß entmischtet hat, samt .... anselben. An die löbl. k. k. Kreisbehörde Unterbrachet zur 2882/15 1859. über die einkommen bekentnisse des hiesigen Fleischhauermeister Josef Stifter. Die Befolgung des hochgeehrten erlassener dato 29ten Decembris 1859. z. 2882/15 beehrt man sich einen löbl. K. K. alda gehorsambst zu berichten, daß den hirsige Fleischhauermeister Josef Stifter seit den Jahr 1856. als ein welcher derselbe sein das fleischhauer gewerbe sein bekommen hat den einkommen steuer unterliegt, die ihm zugewichten Steuer von obigen Jahre angefangen bis mitel? 1859. erreichtet, und auch für des laufende Jahr sein Einkommen bekentniß abgegeben hat, wie dieses aus dem betreffenden hieräntlichen zahlungsbühren erheben wurde. No. 2882/15 von der K. K. Kreisbehörde in Zombor Lauf einer hierorths eingelangten geheimen anzeige hat der hiesige Insaße Josef Stifter sein Einkommen seit mehreren Jahren von der fleischhauerei nicht einbekommt, und somit ein der Steuer unterliegenden Einkommen verschwiegen. Der Magistrat wird dafur beauftrag, von dem abgenannten des Einkommenbekenntniß und die Rechtfertigung bezuglich der unterlaffenen rechtzeitigen Angabe desselben abzufordern, und dasselbe gutächtlich anher vorzulegen, und die dem patenten jährlich bemessene Personal erwerbstener gehörig auszuweisen. District Administration Filed under 2882/15 1859 in connection with the declaration of income of the local butcher Joseph Stifter In accordance with the esteemed inquiry of December 29, 1859, no. 2882/15, we obediently report that the local butcher Joseph Stifter has been engaged in the butcher's trade since 1856 and has been subject to income tax since the same year. He reported the tax that was levied on him from that year to the middle of 1859, as well as for the current year, which can be seen from the relevant paid amounts. No. 2882/15 of the I. R. District Administration in Sombor Based on the secret report, we were informed that the local resident Joseph Stifter had not had his income from the slaughterhouse for several years, and therefore he did not report the income that is subject to taxation. The Magistrate is instructed to request the above-mentioned income tax return and an explanation regarding the failure to provide timely information, and to submit it in the report, as well as to punish employees who are on an annual salary in an appropriate manner.
